By accessing this website, submitting an admission form, or enrolling a student at Edunation Academy, you (the student and/or parent/guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

• Enrollment in specific programs (SSC, ICSE, CBSE, HSC, NEET, JEE, MHT-CET) is subject to availability, eligibility criteria, and fee payment.

• Parents/guardians must provide authentic educational certificates, passport-sized photographs, and identity proof during admission.

• Edunation Academy reserves the right to reject any application for admission without assigning reasons.

• Course fees must be paid in full or as per the pre-agreed installment plan before classes commence.

• Delay in fee payment beyond the due date may result in a late fee surcharge or suspension of the student's access to lectures and tests.

• ALL FEES PAID ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE. Refund requests based on voluntary withdrawal, class timing changes, or change of school will not be entertained.

• Taxes and transaction fees are payable extra wherever applicable.

• Regular attendance is mandatory for lectures, doubt solving, and mock examinations.

• Students must adhere to classrooms rules, show respect to educators/staff, and maintain decorum inside the academy centers.

• Edunation Academy reserves the absolute right to suspend or expel a student without a refund if they are found guilty of misconduct, damage to academy property, or persistent absenteeism.

• All booklets, printed mock sheets, notes, video lectures, and website resources provided by Edunation Academy are copyrighted intellectual property.

• Any duplication, online distribution, scanning, or commercial sale of our materials is strictly prohibited and will invite immediate legal action.

• While Edunation Academy provides top-tier coaching, notes, and preparation tools (for board exams and competitive entries like JEE and NEET), academic outcomes ultimately depend on the student's personal dedication, effort, and performance.

• Edunation Academy does not guarantee selection, specific ranks, marks, or admissions into colleges.

• The academy shall not be held liable for any loss of personal belongings on center premises.

• Edunation Academy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions or the academic schedules/timings at any time.

• Any disputes arising out of enrollment or these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
